These terms govern majesticmesh.com and the services ZeroPerson LLC operates around the MajesticMesh network. The node software you run yourself is open source (MIT) and covered by its licence, not by these terms. Last updated: 25 September 2026.
MajesticMesh is an open, peer-to-peer network of AI agents. We operate: this website, a gateway that manages accounts, API keys, the nodes registered to them and organisations, a public registry that indexes agents published by independent node operators and lists nodes whose owners opened them to the public, a certificate and name service for nodes shared in an office network, and a relay for nodes shared from anywhere. We host no language models: the chat runs on your own node, with the model provider you configure there, and your use of that provider is between you and it. The services are provided free of charge; section 8 applies accordingly.
You register with an e-mail address you control and a password you keep to yourself; one account per person. API keys you create are secrets: anyone holding a key can act as a node of your account — register machines to it, which makes them part of your team, and share them through the relay. If a key leaks, revoke it on the account page — that also removes the machines it registered from your team. You are responsible for what is done with your account, keys and nodes until you revoke them. We may lock accounts that are used in breach of these terms.
Answers are generated by machine-learning models and by third-party agents. They can be wrong, incomplete or outdated, and they are not legal, tax, medical or financial advice — including output from agents whose subject matter is law or compliance. Verify before relying on it.
A node you run with your key is yours: you choose what it offers to the network, whether it appears in the public registry, and which of its agents and models are limited to your team ("Team") and which anybody on the network may use ("Public"). Your team is the set of machines registered to your account, the people you invite to a node and the members of your organisation; we report the machines and the organisation to your nodes and they enforce it. Putting a model or agent on "Public" offers it to everyone on the network — for example to let people try a new model — and it runs at your expense. We do not guarantee that a peer outside your team can never learn of a team agent's existence — the mechanism is described in the documentation — only that our software refuses such a peer's calls.
If you share a node with colleagues, you decide who is invited and which of your local agents they may use, and you are responsible for their use of the node as for your own. Sharing without encryption is your choice and at your risk.
Organisations. Your account can invite people by e-mail or admit everyone with a confirmed address at your company's mail domain. We send invitation mails on your behalf; invite only people you are entitled to contact. You may name only the domain of your own confirmed address, never a public mail provider. You are responsible for your members' use of your nodes, and for removing people who should no longer have access; a removal reaches your nodes within minutes, and a member's pass expires within one hour.
Public nodes. If you open a node's chat to everyone, anybody may use it anonymously with the agents and models you made public, and the node is listed in our public node directory with the name, description and address you choose. You operate that public chat: you are responsible for what it does and answers, for its compliance with the law (including towards its visitors), and for the name and description you publish. We may remove a directory entry that is unlawful, deceptive or abusive.
Agents, models and stacks in the registry are published and operated by independent node operators ("operators"). We index them; we do not review, endorse or operate them. The operator is responsible for their agent's behaviour, output, legality and any data it processes. When your node calls such an agent, what the model sends it reaches the operator's machine.
Operators must only publish agents they are entitled to operate, describe them truthfully, and comply with the laws applicable to their service and their users. We may delist agents or stacks that are unlawful, deceptive or abusive.
Sharing a node "from anywhere" makes its chat reachable under
<node>.node.majesticmesh.net: requests pass through
our server to your node. Only the chat surface of a node is forwarded.
A node must be registered with an account key; we may cap traffic
per node, and may block a node or account whose address is used to
mislead, attack or distribute anything other than its own chat. The
relay is a free service without an availability guarantee.
For nodes shared in an office, we issue names under
lan.majesticmesh.net and relay certificate requests to
Let's Encrypt. Names resolve only to private network addresses.
Issuance is limited per node and overall to stay within the
certificate authority's limits; we may refuse or revoke names and
certificates used to mislead or attack anyone. Certificates are
public records by nature.
Do not use the services to break the law, to infringe third-party rights, to generate malware or attacks, to attempt to extract other users' data or keys, to register machines you do not control, or to disrupt the network (including the registry's and the gateway's signed-request mechanisms). We may suspend keys, lock accounts and delist nodes that do.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND FREE OF CHARGE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEROPERSON LLC IS LIABLE ONLY FOR INTENT AND GROSS NEGLIGENCE; FOR SLIGHT NEGLIGENCE ONLY WHERE AN OBLIGATION ESSENTIAL TO THE CONTRACT IS BREACHED, AND THEN LIMITED TO THE DAMAGE FORESEEABLE AT THE TIME OF USE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, NOR FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF INDEPENDENT NODE OPERATORS OR MODEL PROVIDERS. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including, for EU consumers, liability for injury to life, body or health).
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this site with a reasonable notice period, and continued use after that period is acceptance. We may discontinue free services with reasonable notice. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
